The data room of Jinjitan Coal Mine is mainly used for underground personnel positioning monitoring, 5G big data storage, industrial cloud data, mining, and washing coal data, etc. It is operation storage and testing service center of a comprehensive information platform. Due to the narrow space of the old machine room, a limited number of cabinets, inconvenient maintenance, an imperfect fire control system, and other problems, the person in charge of Jinjitan Coal Mine decided to move the machine room and upgrade the fire control system.
In August 2021, the project leader of Jjitan Coal Mine learned that the perfluorohexanone automatic fire extinguishing device developed by our company has the characteristics of high cooling and fire extinguishing efficiency, strong insulation performance, and simple installation mode, which is especially suitable for the fire-fighting transformation requirements of a data room.
After a month of coordination and communication between the two parties, the final plan is determined. Six groups of 18 cabinets are installed in the data room, and 20 sets of PERfluorohexanone are installed. Communication room 2 cabinets, 1 high voltage switch cabinet, each installed with a set of perfluorohexanone; There was also a high voltage switchboard with one set of PERfluorohexanone for a total of 24 units.
